Shipping and Handling Fees
Shipping fees and time for shipping will vary depending on the location and selected shipping carrier. In addition to standard shipping rates, a small handling fee of $3.75 applies to all orders. This fee is already included in the total of your checkout. Handling time is roughly 1-2 business days, this does however depend on the order placed. All shipments between April 15th through September 15th will be subject to additional fees of $1.50 for cold packaging. These fees will be charged to your credit card when your order is shipped. 
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you an exchange. 
There are certain situations where an exchange can be granted. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive an exchange for the value of your gifted item. Once the returned item is received, contact Victoria's Candies at for an exchange item to be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we can only offer an exchange to the gift giver. 
Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of exchange shipping will be paid for by Victoria's Candies. 
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
