Before you call
How far in advance should I place a custom order?
The sooner the better — ideally, give us a call as soon as your date is set, and no less than 45 days out from your event. Once we know what you're looking for, we'll work with you on timelines and set clear expectations. Don't have 45 days? Call us anyway — let's work together on options that can be ready even sooner.
Can you match my brand colors or wedding palette?
Anything can be customized. We work with a local box design and production company, so your colors, your logo, and your style can be incorporated into every element of the packaging and presentation — custom boxes with printed text and logos, custom ribbons, and custom gift wrap.
Is there a minimum order for corporate or wedding gifts?
We understand that weddings, office parties, and client lists come in every size — we're flexible, and we'd love to work with you. Give us a call and we'll talk through the details of your order.
Can you ship a large order to multiple addresses?
Yes. We partner with the United States Postal Service and FedEx for the most affordable and reliable shipping options for your occasion. Provide us a shipping list and we'll take care of the rest — we can even include items of your own alongside the chocolate, like company brochures, business cards, greeting cards, or branded swag such as pens, mugs, and hats.
What does a custom mold cost?
Mold costs vary depending on size, but usually start around $300. Pricing can come down with mold reuse and minimum order quantities — give us a call for more information.
